SCAM! DO NOT BUY TICKETS!!! My partner and I bought 3 day travel passes for Berlin in January thinking they were the city’s official passes. We bought them a day in advance so had the email through the night before containing all the tickets. On the first day we tried to download & activate our day 1 ticket, but we both got error messages, we tried throughout the day and kept getting the same error that tickets weren’t available. We tried to contact them with no luck and then discovered the Trustpilot reviews. Gave up attempts at contacting them and disputed directly with our banks. A month later and they have now challenged this with our banks so the dispute will now go on even longer with no guarantee of getting our money back. This has now cost us more than double what the original cost should have been just to travel around Berlin. This company send you fake or faulty tickets, refuse to provide any customer service when looking for a refund, and then have the audacity to challenge any disputes when they never provided you with the service you paid for!!
