Absolute robbers. I bought passes for the Duomo in Milan in November. When I tried to download the tickets I kept receiving an error message. We weren’t allowed to enter without the downloaded ticket and eventually it expired. I have chased and chased this company for a refund and was delayed and delayed and told it would be on my next statement after investigation whatever that means.
