This is a scam and the company is to be avoided. I paid €130 for 2 premium Florence passes and received only one. Despite several attempts to contact the company no one replies. This meant that we have had to pay again for tickets. At the Uffizi Gallery they told us that Conet is a bad company.Given the fact that Conetpass have zero customer service I have had no choice but to register a dispute with my bank.
