SCAM. I'll say it again. SCAM. I bought a a three day pass for Lisbon. When I tried to retrieve it, the "voucher" didn't work. I asked the Lisbon public transport staff. They there was nothing they could do because the voucher is simply NOT valid. I contacted conetpass and they won't give me a refund. Don't use them ever. Avoid at all costs.
