Disappointing experience I purchased several travel passes, and it was not clear to us that the tickets wouldn't be delivered digitally. Instead, we had to go to a kiosk located away from the main station, which was covered in graffiti, to collect our physical tickets. The ticket machine malfunctioned and failed to dispense all of our tickets. I reached out via the email provided on the machine, as there was no contact number, to confirm that not all tickets were dispensed and to inquire about a refund. The first issue was that the tickets we did receive often didn’t work, and when I requested a refund, they informed me it could take over a month to process (IF APPROVED). While I expect they might respond to this review claiming their service is satisfactory, it feels quite uncertain.
