Confident Drivers has been a great help for myself & my students. Working as a Driving Instructor can be very rewarding for both Instructor and student although sometimes the nerves and anxiety can take over and get the better of us all, this is where what Kev and Tracey provide come into their own offering many different resources and techniques for everyone to help overcome the emotions that rise to the surface when we are learning to drive. I also use the resources in my everyday life at home to practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques after a long days work in the car. After best part of a year using the resources for my pupils, for lessons, driving tests and for my home life I realise just how useful, valuable and amazing the different resources have been and I truly appreciate the way they have helped some of my most nervous and anxious students reach their goals right through to passing their test!

They will take a few minutes of time commitment from you each day as you learn, practise and develop your confidence skills, BUT they will be worth it and these life skills are transferable into other areas of your life that you feel nervous or lack confidence.
