It is a very good and clever scamming website.They take a lot of money while booking the tickets (especially the "Alternate Travel Plan Charge". If you cancel the ticket, they will only refund the amount that IRCTC returns (after deducting the fees and charges that IRCTC generally deducts). However, they will not refund your Alternate Travel Plan Charge, which is actually huge. Not even some percentage. Complete 100% they will deduct.I would suggest a better book on the IRCTC website or app. DO NOT USE THIS FISHING WEBSITE
