I tried to open a fixed term deposit of 3.95% on the 8th Dec 2025 and sent my deposit which has been confirmed as received by the bank.I have sent numerous emails but as yet have not received an email or letter confirming my deposit. I have also phoned and was informed that it was being dealt with. There was a problem that the application form was not correctly filled out which I rectified as soon as I received the email.Whilst Christmas was between this period, thisshould have been resolved after the phone calls I made.The service I have received before this problem has been exceptionally good.This is now nearly a month since this was started which is totally unacceptable.
