Staff absolutely charming and professional when you can make contact!But the 'phone system is beyond frustrating. After waiting twenty minutes (several times) a voice message advises the caller that 'they're very busy and to call back later'. How rude and unhelpful! Conister would do well to follow the lead of the firms best handling such situations; perhaps invest in a new 'phone system where after two or three minutes an offer to call back, the number to be keyed into your handset. Good customer relations.
