Same here. A total shambles. Jumped through hoops to open a Fixed Rate account but took 2 weeks of chasing trying to get the details to fund the account (and I still haven't got them!) In the meantime I guess the rate will have been reduced. Even if it hasn't the systems and customer service are so appalling I'm not going to proceed. Won't trust them to run a bath.
