I got into connect via an acquaintance. One of the positives, as mentioned by my sponsor, was that you could start getting rewards after one week. Rewards are written on the connect website in dollars. Soon I found out that rewards are actually not in dollars, but in ERC-20. I had no idea what ERC-20 is and how it can be a reward. I paid real money for a 1 year license, but I don’t receive real money in return. What is misleading is that the rewards in connect are visually stated in $$, but in reality you don’t receive dollars in return.My first year licence has expired now. And I am finding out that to get those 'rewards' I also need to have Ethereum to pay for the gas fee before I can receive my rewards in ERC-20. And I find out that the reward for running 2 win nodes for 1 year is the equivalent of appr. $48. Not much of a reward for an inlay of $1000.So be aware when you are looking into getting WIN nodes in connect united, as it is not as easy and straightforward as it seems at first glance. Andthe ‘so called’ rewards are peanuts and very complicated to get. Now I am asked to renew my nodes, but even support in connect can't give me a good reason to do so. Looking at the response of connect here below, it seems I bought a license for 'software' at $1000 for one year. Software that has done nothing for me, and the money is gone. Because when you don't renew after one year, there is no refund! Beware before you join.
