My husband, son and I went into Connollys Sligo yesterday. We walked over to a VW polo to have a look. A salesman walked over to us and asked if he could assist. I said my husband is interested in buying a polo. He went to get the keys, gave us the keys and walked. NO ONE helped us, no one offered a test drive despite us saying we want to buy a polo! Eventually after about 10 minutes of hanging around we walked out. Absolutely appalling service. Clearly they don't need the sale? Guess who just bought a Hyundai instead!
