Steer clear of Connollys Mercedes SligoPoor treatment from start to finish. Had my car for nearly a month due the replacement of the dreaded subframe. Everytime I rang about it I was told lies.Finally this week got told my car would be ready in 3 hours so went to collect 4 hours later and still had to wait 2 more hours for it to be ready. Was told I needed a few brake pipes and that if I wanted them to do it they'd only charge the cost of labour. €150 an hour labour, and they charged for 3 hours just to change a few brake pipes. Rip off Republic is alive and well in Sligo. The good will gesture of changing the subframe FOC by mercedes is lost here with the 450 charge for brake pipes.
