Recently, the response time for requests has become absurd; for instance, a request I made today took about 11 hours to receive a reply. My previous email from over a day ago went unanswered. I once waited around 24 hours for a response. This is a significant decline from their previous response times of 1-2 hours. Additionally, the cashout option does not function for any sports bets. Despite repeatedly mentioning this issue, they refuse to acknowledge it, insisting that everything is fine on their end.
