1-on-1 Coaching Program ReflectionWhen I first entered the coaching program, I was feeling uncertain and untethered—unsure of my personal direction, navigating a recent separation, and struggling with how to move forward in my relationships, especially with my children and a past partner. While I had a sense of my own strengths and knew where I felt the most peace and joy in life, I didn’t know how to turn that into a clear, purposeful path. My goal was simple but profound: to reconnect with my authentic self, release the weight of past pain and future fears, and step fully into ownership of my life.Throughout the sessions, I was guided to build authentic connections—not just with others, but most importantly, with myself.
