CI have been great from start to finish. Keith the salesman was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy, just like many reviewers have said about their own sales team experiences. The office staff were also lovely as well by keeping us all up to date with the whole process - we even got offered a last minute installation date meaning we'd not have to wait so long but sadly it clashed eith a medical appointment so we had to decline. But regardless, Keith and the office staff both deserve a big thumbs up. 👍 Most importantly though I'd like to give a huge double thumbs up 👍 👍 to the father and son installation team who fitted our conservatory ceiling today. Dad Callum and son Riley were lovely. They worked very hard as they worked highly professional, cleanly, carefully and were very conscientious. Callum even moved some furniture out of the conservatory for us as they were too heavy for me to move on my own then put it back when the job was done. They are a great team and a huge credit to your company.
