The whole process was really easy. I have measurements over what's app along with photos. Then received my quote and I paid the deposit. Date was booked for within 2 weeks, I had regular contact about the work being done, the guys arrived on time, got on with the work and it was done within a few hours. It looks amazing and we have tested the noise and you really can't hear the rain much at all and for the first time in ages we've had the door open and it feels warm! I can't remember the guys names. But they both like their tea with 2 sugars 🤪
