Conservatoryland put up our conservatory in March 2025.All good til the rain came. Reported leak down inside wall with pictures. Promised builder would sort it.He made 3 different appointments which he didn’t show for. The office promised they would sort. Have ignored all attempts to get it sorted. They take your money and then ignore you.Unbelieveable behaviour this day and age. Ten year garantee not worth the paper it’s written on.We fell for the spill from the sales team.No after care at all. Don’t use them. Now going to small claims court.your reply is lies. We’ve chased you for 3 months now. We still have the leak. Of course we’re lying we always wanted a leaking conservatory for £20,000. We didn’t try to resolve it every week waiting patiently to move on. All our e-mails and messages good to go.
