By far the worst company I have dealt with. Had an issue where accidentally purchased the same game twice due to web page difficulties and they agreed to a refund and said 3-5 working days, they then told me up to 7 which was fine. Then no refund contacted them again and they said can take upto 14 days, was abit annoyed they didn’t just say this but oh well. Again no refund after 14 days, phone up they then said up to 21 days with credit cards. 2 months have passed still no refund. Spoke to online team for the 5th time and kept getting transferred between agents no one was speaking to me and when one person said the only sentence they spoke it was “it probably just needs more time” they are a joke. And they do not reply to emails either
