My 2 sons were mithering for a custom ps5 controller each. A quick search on Google revealed how expensive they are 120 quid 150 quid. I was not paying that for a controller. Then I came across c/c prices were decent selection was decent so I placed an order for 2 ps5 controllers. Both arrived a few days later. One was fine but the other was faulty 2 buttons didn't work. I emailed c/c jij got back to me straight away apologised and asked me to return the faulty controller which I did. He dispatched a new controller the same day. Even gave us an free upgrade on the standard controller we had originally ordered. You only find out how good a company is when you encounter a problem. And from our experience jij at custom controllers was fantastic he went above and beyond to sort my 8 year old son out. We will be using cc again. Excellent customer service.
