Honestly the best customer service, I bought a purple/blue chameleon ps5 controller for my boyfriend and had to send it back a couple times due to faults with the controller but if I’m being honest I think that was due to him dropping or bashing it, although the faults were not covered by warranty both times Jij offered to repair it again knowing it wasn’t covered by warranty as a goodwill gesture, so kind and helpful, and very quick response through email or telephone call and the controller itself was absolutely beautiful 10/10!!!
