Bought a custom Xbox controller for my son's birthday in June, it arrived quickly, the quality of the customisation was first class and my son absolutely loved using it. Unfortunately after around a month or so the right trigger button started to stick a touch. I hardly noticed it but my lad was getting a bit frustrated with it. I contacted customer services and Jij was brilliant - he told me to send the controller back and they'd get it fixed. I sent the device back on Monday via 24hr delivery. Received it back on Friday the same week with the issue all fixed.I'll certainly be returning for other customised controllers, I think they look great and more importantly I've been left very impressed with their post sales customer service.
Very disappointed with this company. Purchased a custom PS5 controller for my son 3 months ago but the vinyl/paintwork has already started to bubble and come off. Contacted them to see if there was any way this could be rectified and was simply advised that it was due to the way the controller was being held (not sure how it could be held any other way that how it is designed to be held?) and their advice was to just not buy another custom controller. Disappointing given it is only 3 months old. Now left with a disappointed son and a scruffy looking controller. I will take their advice and not purchase from them again.
