A complete disappointment. Not as described. Steer clear of this service. I will contact my bank to dispute the charge because, based on what I've seen from others who have been misled, it's unlikely they will refund my money. FRAUDSTERS.
Awful experience. The product received was not as advertised. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller. I plan to contact my bank to dispute the charge, as I've read numerous accounts of others being scammed, and I doubt I will ever see my money refunded. SCAMMERS.
The pillow has a lovely quality and feels very soft. However, the size and shape are a downside; it's square like European pillows, not the oblong British ones, so I'll need to buy a new case. The dispatch time was longer than I expected, as I wasn't aware it was shipping from overseas. The ad mentioned a 3-day dispatch.
