Multiple negative experiences.I was originally told the wrong test centre which nearly caused me to miss the test.I had my 2nd test cancelled due to technical errors, was told i would be contacted to rebook my test when the server was working, i was never contacted and called myself and got the test booked.I am now awaiting my green cscs card i have been told 4 different time frames of when it will be delivered and all have passed.i am now being told the card is being processed and will take up to next week even though i was told the card would be delivered on 4 separate dates.
