I lost my CSCS card at the end of December. I called them to ask if I could get a replacement. I paid £68 on the 2nd January & have still not received my replacement card. I have called multiple times & been messed around. When asking where the card is I've been told they are unable to find my details but when I ask them for a refund, all of a sudden they've found it & it is being sent out. The latest interaction with them has been today where I have no been told the 2 previous applications had not been completed. Absolutely shocking, if the card is not here within 2 weeks I'll be requesting a refund through my bank.
