White card expired in Sept 23. Bombarded with phone calls to book test and pay for card. Failed test first time round in early Oct 23 again bombarded with phone calls to set up re-test. Passed second time, rang early Dec asking why card not issued, was asked to send copy of my qualifications, which i duly did. Asked by e-mail if they needed anything else to progress the issuing of card .... no reply. Chatted online today (24/01/24) still no card and requested a call back. Was told 10-15 working days for issuing of card! Very, very poor customer service after they have got your money. Passed test on 10 Oct and still waiting for card on 24 Jan!! Not good enough!!
