I wish I'd have read the reviews before booking through this company. Same as the other people, I'm without a card having taking the test last November, apparently there's a 'backlog', my advice is don't be bombarding people with phonecalls and emails to use your company when you can't provide a service. This issue can put people out of work! Not good enough! It's easy to renew your card yourself without this hassle, I definitely will not be using this service/company again. Time will tell if I actually receive my card. Please don't bother with your automated response, it's not good enough.
