This business is extremely frustrating. They are trying to deliver bootskill camp courses in the UK but their staff barely speak English. If you ask a simple question it will confuse them and they will attempt to side step it. They have no idea what they are doing. They call the same people to enroll multiple times and ask the same bunch of questions. I am not sure if another company delivers the actual course but if so their outsourced call centre is an absolute catastrophe of a mess. Utter shambles. They have no idea what postcodes they support, qualified me to enroll several times. Then called hung up, called again to then out me on hold because they didn't know their own course names. Then finally after wasting another hour of my time said they didn't provide courses in the area they previously said they did and asked me to fraudulently out someone else's address down as my own to get funding. Utter joke. Do not use.
