I received an email from Consultation Claims Ltd in Oct 2025 welcoming me on board and saying my contractual information would follow (this never arrived), despite the fact I have never heard of this company let alone engaged in their services or signing up with them to act on my behalf. I reported this email to phising.gov email address. Since then I have been harassed by email receiving 5 emails in Nov 2025 to tell me that they have submitted claims to various car finance companies on my behalf and requested that I upload my ID stating this was required to process any compensation without delay. In Dec 2025 I received a further 2 emails, one saying a further claim was submitted and again requesting ID upload, the second informing should I wish to cancel the claims had to do so before 5th January 2026 otherwise I would be liable for fees. All of this time without me ever having site of the purported signed contract or asking them to do this. I emailed them to say I had never heard of them or instructed them to act on my behalf or signed any agreement with them. I followed this up with 2 phones calls to report and complain about this activity, the first call with the consultant "Matt" ended when he terminated the call because I would not provide him with my personal data despite telling him I had a reference number from the email they sent me. The second call with consultant "Pria" ended after she told me that I could not speak to a complaints team because they were too busy, that I had to email them and they would pick it up from the queue and action it eventually.
