I too have received an out of the blue email from this company thanking me for engaging them to handle my claim .Then I received documents authorising them to work on my behalf which apparently I had signed 18 days earlier .Having emailed and called them to state I had never signed any documents of theirs and where did they get my signature,I was sent an audit trail. This showed they had used my e signature dated 21/12 2023 from a company called "you sign " based in France . I have no recollection or correspondence with them either .The important points are e-signatures are valid for 2/3 years ( licensed) BUT using them without permission is identity theft and fraud in the UK. Obviously, Consultation Claims are making a living out of cancelled instructions,charging £139 plus vat for admin fees by sending documents after 14 days and by stealing or buying third party data signatures also in breach of GDPR law .They need shutting down immediately and like others ,I have reported them to Action Fraud and the FCA If you receive an unsolicited email from them ,delete and block them is my advice.
