An absolute scandalously behaved company. Somehow they have accessed my electronic signature and copied and pasted onto documents that I’ve never seen before. This includes their well hidden cancellation policy which is deliberately not transparent and one I would never have agreed to . Cancellation charge they are threatening me with now is excessive and disproportionate and penal. I cancelled any connection with this company because of being charged high fees for services that can be obtained for free. They never informed me about their hidden fees and they have copied and pasted my signature onto documents I’ve never seen so they can now feel they can bully me into charges I was oblivious of without justification.Administrative charges … for what ????? Scam???
