Despite having my cancellation notice being confirmed yesterday with no payment due because I cancelled within 14 days, today I received two emails saying they are submitting my claim? I advise anyone else who cancels to keep all emails as proof of cancellation. Seems to me the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
