This company emailed my husband (who has dementia) with the subject box saying 'Completed: Signed Documents ' It showed 4 attachments with all his details filled in with an authority to go ahead and progress a motor finance claim including electronic signature and authority for that to be accepted. WE HAVE NEVER HAD MOTOR FINANCE! I phoned and although they were full of apologies, I'm not happy about the way they operate. I said if any other communications arise concerning this I wull go straight to the FCA.
