Instead, they disputed the charges, which didn't help my situation at all. Furthermore, they misled me about the timeline, initially stating it would take 6 to 8 months, but later informing me it would actually take 12 to 24 months. When I requested a refund due to their false promises, they denied it without any consideration. I would strongly advise against using their services, as they are deceptive and unhelpful.
