I am trying to access my debt consolidation contract and payment history. I need this for a refinance and I have now called for 6 days straight. On the 3rd day they have assured me that I would receive my paper work. It is now the 6th day and they have not sent me anything. When I call back they leave me on hold for 20 minutes to say "I have escalated this" and we will call you back. I hope anyone in need of a debt consolidation program look at other options because this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
