Although they are very professional and come off as friendly and helpful, I was very very let down by them today. So my experience. I've been in the program for over a year as of June 01,2024. I have lawsuits pending against me from my creditors and my credit rating has dropped to a 540 from 805. I have made monthly payments to CLG from a minimum of 309.00 to 618.00 every 2 weeks. I was told by them that they would be settling my debt and I was under the impression that they would be taking that from the thousands of dollars I had already paid them. Well, today I was Informed from Jaharia which is my paralegal assigned to my case that those are strictly legal fees.. so, now my credit is absolutely garbage, and I am still responsible for paying all of that debt after what I have paid clg I could have paid the majority of my debt and closed my own accounts. They are very misleading and as I have said one year into their program with absolutely zero results and not one single account has been settled. I should have stayed in a debt consolidation program because this is a complete disappointment and they mislead you big time. Consumers beware if you get involved with them!!And NO THE ISSUE WASN'T RESOLVED AFTER ALMOST A YEAR LATER. THANKS TO THIS COMPANY IM BEING SUED BY MULTIPLE CREDITORS BECAUSE THEY LIED.
