I was lied to by their agent. I was told this was a debt consolidation group and i would pay a monthly fee negotiated with my creditors to pay off my debts, have them put all contact with consumer legal group and my credit rating would improve within about 3 months. I didn’t hear from my creditors for 6 months and then slowly i started hearing from them again. I learned that my debts hadn’t been made for 6 months. So, my credit score hadn’t improved. This time when I called them, they were no longer nice & stated the $250/month i had paid was going to them for “legal fees”. Also, that they wait until your accounts are in collections because then the collection agencys are more willing to forgive the debts. This takes 18-24 months and you are paying them $250/month all along. I had heard these companies fraud people but with the expectation that they are receiving help consolidating and paying off their debt. I am out $1250 and they won’t refund my money because even though they told me all this bull, it says in their contract somewhere that the money you are paying is for legal fees. I never would hv agreed to this. They also admit that they are having a problem with their agents lying to consumers. This is just not exceptable and I’m not going to stop until i report them everywhere i can. Beware and be leary.
