Update 2/15/24: I am pleasantly surprised at their prompt response to my complaint. I take back what I said previously. Their team was genuinely concerned and attentive to my complaint and the miscommunication. They are actively working on resolving my issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has shown.I will provide an update once my issue has been fully resolved. Scam artists, a class action lawsuit should be filed against them. As a matter of fact, I have already reached out to an attorney who says I have a good case. It won't be a quick case, but a strong one nonetheless. They promised that the payments made towards the account would be refunded if it was not removed from your credit, but that was a lie. Now, they are stating that the fee was for legal representation. Absolut frauds and liars.Remember, they claim to record all of their calls, which can be used as evidence against them. Don't believe the fake reviews they wrote for themselves
