I want to take the time to give a shout-out to ROOSEVELT W. On my recent call with him, he was very calm and patient as he assisted me with my concerns. I am often skeptical of companies like these & haven’t had the best success with customer service all the time, however ROOSEVELT floured me today. I felt like I was the only customer he had as he continued to patiently assist me and put my mind at ease. I surely hope this review gets looked at & ROOSEVELT gets the acknowledgment he deserves. As a current manager, I closely pay attention to customer service from others and the service he provided today is key to why consumers will stay with a company.
