I was with a debt hardship program called jumpstart. I received a call one day from Consumer Legal Group saying they took over for JumpStart financial. In my welcome call I was guaranteed nothing has changed as far as what I signed up for with Jumpstart.They stated the only thing that would be new is that they would be the ones taking my money out of my account each month. I recently got served by a creditor I called Consumer Legal Group immediately. They got back to me a few days later asking if I had the money to settle with this creditor. I said you tell me how much do I have in my escrow my from the company you took me from and what have I paid you so far. They stated nothing no money in escrow. They then went on to tell me my previous company went bankrupt which they never mentioned in my welcome call and I lost all my money. So they no only took over customers from a company that ripped their customers off and took their money but lied and scammed them all too. They offered me a refund request form which I filled out weeks ago and nobody will get back to me they won't even take my calls. I will be making my attempt to start a class action suit against jumpstart financial and Sue consumer legal group privately for the switch and bait they pulled on me. Stay away from this company.SCAM
