I was transferred/bought by CLG from the LPG in California after being with them for approximately 4 months. The transition was seamless and although the LPG were professional and thorough, the closeness and EST have made it much better with communicating. Right from the start the support people have been constantly communicating and the couple of questions I posed have had quick and thorough answers back to me. The only flaw I have experienced, and not from any of the company employees, is the function of the portal. At LPG, I was able, and did constantly, download any communication or other pertinent items associated with my account--i.e.--communication from a debtor. I am very happy with CLG and hope to have things resolved soon as we go through the various stages of the program.
