After enrolling my debt with Litigation Practice Group (LPG) and misled about Debt Validation. The company got indicted for fraud. Prior to that, they transferred my file to CLG without my permission. They sent them all my confidential information including my SS# and routing information. I was actually surprised when they tried to withdraw a payment from my checking without notifying me. I tried to cancel and get a refund but was talked into continuing on. After finishing the paying all the monthly installments ($262.50) totaling over 6 K., Capital One took me to court. CLG refused to represent me in court and gave me idiotic instructions to represent myself. With all the money I spent on their debt validation scam, I could've just paid the bill off and been better off. Instead, they killed my FICO score, refused to give me a refund, and could care less if my creditors garnish my wages. Each and every person working there is a demon. Beware of the scam called debt validation and steer clear of CLG.
