I placed my order on November 7, 2025, and it arrived on November 28. I ordered four boxes of contact lenses, but they came in a flat envelope. All boxes were damaged and flattened. There was a notice stating that damaged items couldn't be returned, which feels deceptive. It's frustrating to be stuck with damaged products when other sellers package items properly. I won't order from this service again; the lower price isn't worth the risk of receiving damaged goods.
