I placed my order on November 7, 2025, and it arrived on November 28. I ordered four boxes of contact lenses, but they came in a flat envelope, causing all boxes to be damaged and flattened. There was a note indicating that damaged lenses could not be returned, making this seem like a scam. It’s frustrating to be compelled to keep damaged products when other companies ensure their lenses arrive safely. I will not order from this service again, as the savings do not justify the risk of receiving damaged items.
