This is a really great service - and the people who work there are very professional. At one point, I reached out with different information than one of my co-workers, and the account manager made a point to clear up the communication issues with us before moving forward. The quality of the writing is great too - it's worth it to pay a bit extra for the more experienced writers, in my opinion. Very good work!
