I started trying to get a CHC Assessment for my mother on 1 Oct 2025. My mid Jan 2026 I was getting really frustrated so I engaged Compass. I have just received the evidence gathering from my mother's care notes and medical records. Wow! I am so impressed! They are extensive, detailed, accurate, very relevant and represent an extraordinary body of work that I would not have managed to achieve on my own. I am now taking the next step with Compass for continued support. I will post another review when we are at the end of the process but for now I would say that I am so happy that I went to Compass. Everyone who has phoned or emailed has been helpful, kind, knowledgeable, timely, professional. I am really grateful because even if those involved consider that they are only doing their jobs, it goes much deeper than that and is very meaningful to us in our personal (and at times difficult and exhausting) situation.
