Wayne was wonderful in answering all of our questions and didn't pressure us to stay on the phone when we wanted to go away and think through our options. We called the next day and he talked us through the sign up process, it was a great start to our home buying journey.

After utilizing a comparison platform for conveyancing quotes, I received numerous offers, and this one was no different—prepare for a wave of texts, calls, and emails. It’s clearly a competitive field! I reached out to a representative to discuss the quote, and he was exceptionally kind, professional, and patient, ensuring I understood what the quote entailed. He detailed everything, addressed all my inquiries, and provided valuable advice without any pressure, which I greatly appreciated. Although it wasn't clear initially if we would proceed with his service, he generously shared his time and expertise. He eased my concerns as each quote I received was presented differently, causing confusion. After we decided to move forward, he promptly sent all the necessary details and thoroughly explained the confirmation, including the role of the solicitors in Rugeley, which I initially misunderstood due to their name being on the quote. Having signed up today, this review is specifically for the representative from the New Enquiries Team, who was outstanding.
