Generally ok, but would have paid more for a better firm if I'd known in advance that communication was slow (i.e. emails not responded to in a week), emails never acknowledged. Things weren't explained clearly that were questioned, and the phone never readily picked up if there was a miscommunication by email. Personally would not use them again.
