I began working with this company in March. The builder didn't complete the house until November, providing plenty of time for the necessary checks and preparations. However, after the house was handed over on November 17th, I received no communication from my solicitors. They ignored us for a week, refused to take calls, and communicated only via email, making us feel neglected. The stress of not being able to move before Christmas has led me to give them 1 star. Very disappointing!
