COOA is meeting and in most cases exceeding my expectations. The two areas that are worth reassessing are (a) the length of the monthly sessions and the possibility of breaking it up into two meeting/month (b) the tangible or tactile outcome of all the breakout activity, and how that can brought back into the accountability groups.
